Our product

The smoothness of our gelato is our trademark, it is produced fresh, every morning and during the day if we run out of flavors. Every flavor is produced in micro batches by the individual producer that day.

Our gelato is made from organic milk from Rock-view farms, and our sorbets are based on fresh, locally grown (when possible) fruit and water.

N’IceCream gelato, is our interpretation of gelato. It is a bit lighter than what most gelato stores serve. We choose to add less cream and sugar, so the flavors of our gelato and sorbets are not masked by the fat and sugar content in the product.

A N’iceCream gelato or sorbet, will always have a clean and crisp taste, our goal is to use as many natural ingredients as we possibly can, which is why you will not find modified cornstarch preservatives or artificial colors in our product.

The production

Our gelato and sorbets are all made using italian gelato machines as we believe it gives us a better texture and consistency.

Every flavor is produced in micro batches, with the highest respect for the milk, fruit and other raw ingredients we use.

Usually the producer gets up early in the morning to start the production of the day, producing one flavor takes between 15-25 min. to freeze, so making enough gelato for a hot summer day, can easily take 5 to 6 hours.

Since all of our sorbets only contain fresh fruit, the variety can change, depending on the season.

Allergies

Nuts:
Traces of nuts and Peunut can be found in all our gelato and sorbets.

Dairy Related Allergies:
Dairy can be found in all our yoghurt based gelato and milk based gelato.

Traces of dairy can be found in our sorbets.

Gluten:
Gluten is found in TiramisĂș and in gelato, containing cake and biscuits.

Eggs:
We do not use eggs in our production. TiramisĂș and gelato containing cake and biscuits does however contain eggs.

Diabetes:
We use cane sugar as our only sweetener.

Emulsifiers/stabilizers:
Emulsifiers and stabilisors are used in all our gelato, but only in small quantities

All of our gelato contains vegetable extract.
