Why a conscious choice should be more than just a trend.

It is easier to go for convenience, to buy the cheapest product, drive to the shop closest to you, not to ask questions, so you don’t get a glimpse of the ugly truth. The question is, do we seek the information needed to make the right choice? or is it in general easier to not ask if you don’t want to know. Not knowing is easy, knowing is harder.

We believe that no matter if you ask or not, if you demand a high quality or not, it should be a given that a retailer, seeks to deliver the highest possible quality product at the most affordable price. Buying organic, fresh and non conserved foods should be a given, but it rarely is.

N’iceCream is trying to make good quality and a fresh product available to all. We know we can’t do it at the price of a low end ice-cream, but it is durable. Our pricing goes up and down as the raw materials fluctuate in price on organic milk, cane sugar, fresh fruit etc.

This is also why we never have an extra batch in the back, when we run out, we run out. On our web site, you can see what flavors you can find that given day, and what time of the day it has been made. We try to make the information readily available to you.
